1. Acceptance

By using MarketingClerks, you agree to follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Traffic Policy, and any additional rules shown inside the platform.

2. Accounts and Membership

Silver membership is free after registration. Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and VIP memberships provide additional benefits according to admin settings. Admin may approve, reject, correct, downgrade, suspend, or cancel membership access when necessary.

3. PayPal Payments

Membership upgrades and product purchases use PayPal payment links. Users must submit accurate PayPal transaction IDs or receipts when required. Access is activated after admin verification unless a product is configured for immediate free/completed access.

4. Points, Credits, and Traffic

Points and credits are internal platform units used for traffic exchange, video promotion, or other promotional features. They have no cash value unless explicitly stated by admin. Abuse, bots, and manipulation may result in points being removed.

5. Products and Affiliate

Affiliate commissions follow admin rules, product settings, lock periods, and order status. Commissions may be cancelled for refunds, fraud, self-referrals, policy violations, or invalid transactions.

6. User Content

Users are responsible for websites, promo chats, blog submissions, product pages, landing pages, campaigns, and messages they submit. Admin may moderate, edit, reject, remove, or block content for safety and compliance.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not submit malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, adult content where prohibited, hate or extremist material, spam, fake claims, bot traffic, ad-click requests, or activities that violate third-party policies.

8. Changes

MarketingClerks may update features, pricing, policies, or these Terms to improve security, compliance, and service quality.
